At VJ Foods and Beverages Pvt. Ltd., we take pride in delivering high-quality food and beverage products to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• If rejected, we will provide a reason and return the item to you at your expense.
